Senior Leader, Instagram

The ILM coaching and mentoring programme was genuinely life changing. Jo and Zoe are seriously brilliant coaches and teachers. They were so generous in sharing their knowledge & experience, I couldn’t wait for each training day. The programme is a great mix of theory and practice; using story telling to bring the theory to life. My cohort were the most amazing people, and we’ve made connections to last a life time. Jo & Zoe created a warm, fun, open and safe environment to learn in and they have set me up to be the best coach I can be.

HR Consultant, Rebel HR

Jo and Zoe’s ILM Coaching and Mentoring Diploma was incredible. It enhanced my client work and helped me to grow and develop as a coach and an individual. The course is very powerful and the resources are useful to return to time and time again. There is a great balance between practical activities, hands on coaching and theory. Jo and Zoe, the course leaders are very approachable and they tailor the content to present useful theories in an attention-grabbing and digestible way. I’d really recommend both the experience and the learning.”
