The Diploma in Effective Coaching and Mentoring is a programme of 20 modules with a wide variety of evidence based coaching theory, tools and demos.
The programme leads you from laying the foundations to be a great coach, through to a comprehensive range of coaching psychologies and associated practical exercises such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Intelligence and Transactional Analysis.
It is interactive, experiential, fun and life affirming! You’ll be learning alongside peer coaches in training, forming strong relationships and a valuable and supportive new network as you go.
One of the reasons this course is so popular is that you will be set up in coaching triads or duos as you practice what you are learning on the course programme. So, right from the early days you’ll be implementing what you learn, as you go.
