Who are we?
We’re Jo and Zoe, founders of In Good Company, Master Accredited Coaches, Multi Award nominated and award winning coaches, supervisors and coach trainers. We have been coaching leaders, internationally, since 2011 and training coaches since 2015.
We are proud to offer a range of Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) accredited coaching training as well as CPD offerings for qualified coaches.
Our training brings together an international audience and we love the diversity of the cohorts.
Before launching our coaching business we worked in Corporate HR. We are both firmly driven by a desire to help others be the best that they can be and by training coaches we know we are contributing to raising a new, compassionate and resilient generation of leaders and changemakers that are needed in the world today.
