Taking part in the In Good Company Neurodivergent Inclusive Coaching course was a transformative experience. As a neurodivergent coach myself, I really appreciated the way the course modelled inclusive practice from the outset – not just in the content, but in the delivery, environment, and ethos.
The facilitators brought both expertise and authenticity, creating a safe and validating space to learn, reflect, and grow. The course content was rich, research-informed, and rooted in lived experience. I came away with a deeper understanding of the unique challenges and strengths of neurodivergent clients.
More importantly, I learned how to adapt my coaching approach to better meet diverse needs – in ways that are respectful, flexible, and empowering. This course has strengthened both my confidence and competence as a coach.
